Pileostegia viburnoides (Climbing Hydrangea)
P. viburnoides is a large, self-clinging, slow-growing climber with glossy, leathery, narrowly elliptic, dark green leaves and panicles of small, fluffy, creamy-white flowers in summer and autumn.
Plant in fertile, well-drained soil against a wall for it to cliimb up, facing any aspect so long as it is not very cold. Does well in shade. Pollinating insects absolutely adore this when in flower!
